Upon completion, participants will be able to evaluate the impact of LHD-IP partnerships in addressing gaps in infection prevention, such as McGeer Criteria surveillance, Hand Hygiene, and Healthcare-Associated Infection prevention.
Upon completion, participants will be able to assess the outcomes of the interventions, with a focus on the improvement of core infection prevention practices in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
