Monica Smith, BSN, RN, CPHQ, Director of Clinical Education at Skope, is an accomplished nursing leader with over 20 years of experience in hospital leadership and quality improvement. A believer in the science of change management, Monica has developed and published numerous initiatives focusing on infection prevention, healthcare communication, and clinical education. As part of the Skope team, she is educating stethoscope-users and HAI-preventers. Her favorite education content is bite sized and visual - and her favorite book about human behavior is Malcolm Gladwell's Tipping Point.
