With 17 years of experience as an operating room nurse specializing in orthopedics and spine, Madelyn has cultivated a deep expertise in patient care and surgical support. Her nursing career began in the operating room where she developed a passion for improving surgical outcomes and patient experiences. Transitioning into the medical device industry, Madelyn played a key role in the launch of innovative pharmaceutical products and managed FDA clinical trials for implantable devices. For 5 years she served as a clinical specialist at BD in Surgical Solutions where she provided critical support and education to healthcare professionals, enhancing standardization of practices and improving patient outcomes.
