Annie Trostel, MPH, CIC, currently holds a position as Infection Preventionist for Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. As a public health professional, she has a passion for promoting health and preventing disease in her community. Prior to becoming an Infection preventionist, Annie served as a regional Hospital Associated Infections Epidemiologist, where she earned her Certification in Infection Control in 2021. She is currently in her third year as an infection preventionist and looks forward to continuing to learn and grow in this ever changing field. In her free time, Annie loves walking the Houston trails with her four-year-old miniature goldendoodle, Teddy.
