Beth Wallace is currently the Director of Infection Prevention at Corewell Health in Michigan. She has over nineteen years of infection prevention experience in community and academic hospital settings. Prior to joining Corewell in 2017, Beth held a variety of infection prevention roles at Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s of science in biology from Valparaiso University and a master’s of public health in hospital and molecular epidemiology from the University of Michigan. Beth is board certified in infection prevention and control.
Beth has been an active member of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), and has served at the local chapter and national level. Local chapter engagement includes serving as president of the Dallas-Fort Worth and Great Lakes chapters of APIC. Nationally, Beth is currently on the APIC Board of Directors.
