Aater Qureshi, MPH is an infection preventionist for AdventHealth Daytona Beach in Florida. In his current role, he focuses on improving hospital acquired infection rates for C. Diff, MRSA bacteremia, CAUTIs, CLABSIs, and SSIs by using epidemiological strategies to design and implement effective interventions. He also has a special interest in infectious diseases and emerging pathogens, including C. auris. His previous experience includes serving as an epidemiologist for Sarasota County, Florida from 2020 - 2022, coordinating the elder care COVID19 response and all reportable and emerging disease responses.
