Richard (Dick) Moeller PE(ret.), FASHE, is a mechanical design engineer, business owner and national speaker on the topic mechanical design and construction in healthcare.
Mr. Moeller is a former ASHRAE Certified Healthcare Facility Design Professional, LEED® Accredited Professional, AHA Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) and an ASHE Certified Healthcare Worker. He served as a voting member for the ASHRAE/ASHE SSPC 170 “Ventilation of Health Care Facilities” committee. He has also served on the Health Guidelines Revision Committee which revises and updates the FGI “Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Health Care Facilities.”
Dick served as ASHE faculty for over 20 years, teaching multiple courses throughout the U.S., including the Healthcare Construction Certificate Program, Managing Infection Prevention during the Construction and Operation of Healthcare Facilities and the Ventilation of Health Care Facilities: Complying with ASHRAE Standard 170.
