Jessica Dangles is the Executive Director with the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology (CBIC). Prior to working with CBIC, she was the Accreditation Standards Manager at the American College of Surgeons within the Division of Research and Optimal Patient Care.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women and Gender Studies, a Master of Science in Human Resources, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois. She also holds her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential. She believes certification is essential to patient safety and public protection and enjoys working with the CBIC board and staff to positively impact infection and infection control practices.
