Elizabeth Kelly, MSN, FNP-BC, VACC has been in nursing at Boston Children's Hospital for 22 years and has been the lead nurse practitioner on the Anesthesia Vascular Access Team for the past 8 years. Her interests include difficult vascular access insertions requiring fluoroscopy, prevention of VTE in patients with PICC lines and vascular access education. She leads her team's local and national efforts for VTE reduction and is in charge of quality improvement initiatives for her program.
