Julia Gray is a BSN RN Infection Prevention professional whose diverse career integrates her background in nursing with prior experience in accounting.
Julia began her journey at JP Morgan Chase, where she spent over eleven years, building a strong business foundation. Her passion for healthcare, inspired by family members in nursing, led her to transition into nursing. Starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Graduate Nurse in Long-Term Care, Julia gained valuable experience before joining Berkeley Medical Center.
At Berkeley, she took on the role of Charge Nurse on the Medical-Surgical unit, earning multiple nominations for the Daisy Award and won the Med Surg Services Nursing Excellence Award. Julia later became an Operating Room RN Circulator. In 2022 she transitioned into Infection Prevention, where she continues to make significant contributions to patient safety. Currently, Julia is preparing for the Certification in Infection Control exam to further enhance her qualifications.
