Anna Dube, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CIC is a certified infection preventionist at Dell Children’s Medical Center, the only Level I pediatric acute care hospital in Austin, Texas. She is also certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Anna began her clinical career as a pediatric intensive care nurse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University in 2022. Her experience on the frontlines solidified her commitment to infection prevention as a critical component of patient safety. In her current role, Anna leads staff education initiatives and implements evidence-based infection control strategies across clinical teams. In addition to being a chapter member since 2022, she also serves as a chapter director of her local Central Texas APIC chapter, where she contributes to advancing infection prevention standards regionally.
