Tijera Bell, MPH, CIC, CPHQ, LSSGB is a Senior Infection Preventionist at JPS Health Network. She has over 10 years of public health and healthcare experience including epidemiology, health education, and infection prevention (IP). Tijera's primary focus in her role is collaborating with Med/Surg and Laboratory Services to educate and facilitate process improvement initiatives related to IP. She facilitates CAUTI and CLABSI prevention and is instrumental in the development of a Zero HAI Committee. She serves as the primary liaison with the local health department and leads investigations related to high consequence infectious diseases. She holds a Master of Public Health and is board-certified in Infection Control (CIC).
