Callyn Wren, PharmD, BCIDP is an antimicrobial stewardship pharmacist with the Healthcare-Associated Infections and Antimicrobial Resistance Program at the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH). She received her Doctor of Pharmacy & Bachelor of Science at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. She completed a pharmacy practice residency at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN and an infectious diseases pharmacy residency with HCA Healthcare in Nashville, TN. She is a member of the Society for Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP) and the International Health Facility Diversion Association (IHFDA). Her efforts at TDH focus on improving antimicrobial use in Tennessee hospitals and outpatient clinics as well as investigation of injectable drug diversion cases.
