Ravneet serves as the Quality Program Lead and an Infection Preventionist, overseeing two critical access hospitals. With a background as a Dentist and Lead Epidemiologist, Ravneet's current role combines the best of both worlds—ensuring the patients receive safe, top notch quality of care. This dual expertise allows Ravneet to view situations from a clinical perspective while leveraging her epidemiological skills in quality, patient safety, and infection prevention initiatives.
By analyzing data trends, identifying patterns, and investigating the underlying causes of adverse events, Ravneet helps develop effective strategies to prevent future occurrences and enhance overall patient safety.
Ravneet graduated with an MPH in Epidemiology from Texas A&M University and was inducted into the Delta Omega Honorary Society for Public Health. Additionally, Ravneet has contributed to the field through publications in peer-reviewed journals. Outside of professional responsibilities, Ravneet enjoys spending time outdoors, whether in the mountains or by the water.
