Dr. Win is an experienced infection prevention practitioner with a medical lab scientist background. She has more than 10 years of medical lab scientist experience and more than five years of infection prevention experience. She holds an ASS degree in Computer Science (2002), Bachelors of Science in Medical Technology (2008), Masters of Science in Clinical Lab Science (2016), and Doctor of Public Health (2024). Dr. Win loves to learn, attend conferences and seminars, educate other on health-related topics, and lead challenging projects. Dr. Win has been taking care of sick mom with end stage renal disease for many years while enjoying family time with husband and two kids. Her hobby includes traveling, organizing, interior-designing, and watching movies.
