Her expertise spans high-level disinfection and sterilization compliance, multi-campus infection prevention strategy, emergency preparedness, and epidemiological outbreak investigation. Eileen is also highly skilled in team building, process redesign, and regulatory compliance, with a strong command of Joint Commission, CMS, CDC, AAMI, and OSHA standards.
Throughout her career, Eileen has successfully led cross-functional teams through complex projects such as COVID-19 response coordination, perioperative team building to reduce surgical site infections, and mass vaccination planning.
