Raquel Dixon, DNP, RN, is an Infection Control Operations RN (Ops RN) at Harborview Medical Center (HMC). Before moving into the Ops RN role, she worked as an Acute Care RN and Lead Trained Observer (T.O.). The Lead T.O. role, established during the COVID-19 pandemic, was a liaison between HMC’s Infection Prevention and Control team and frontline staff. She is deeply passionate about workplace wellness, health promotion, and enhancing population health outcomes through system-level initiatives.
