Lauren Menodiado, MPH, BSN, RN, CIC works as an Infection Preventionist at Memorial Hermann Hospital (Texas Medical Center) in Houston, Texas. She has been working in the field of infection prevention for three years. Prior to working in infection prevention, she worked as a labor and delivery nurse. In her current role, she is responsible for infection prevention in the neonatal intensive care unit and women's services area, including the obstetric operating room. In her spare time, she enjoys needlepointing and spending time with her family. Which includes her dog, Brisket, named after famous Texas BBQ!
