Kathleen Manchin MPH, BSN, RN, CIC, is an Infection Preventionist at Carilion Medical Center in Roanoke, Va. She has been in Infection Prevention and Control since 2021. Coming from a background in bedside nursing, she wanted to have a bigger impact on the health and wellness of her community, stepping into the field of Public Health. Her passion for education and unique approach has always been essential to her success and help her pursue what she has always wanted to do- impact lives and influence change.
