APIC reserves the right to change these guidelines at any time and to deny entry to this event to any participant not in compliance with these guidelines with no refund issued.

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy 

APIC will no longer require verification of COVID-19 vaccination. Although no longer mandatory, APIC strongly encourages all attendees to receive all CDC-recommended vaccines, including updated COVID-19 vaccines. 

Masking 

The decision on whether to wear a mask is up to each participant. Attendees choosing to use masks should bring their own masks. APIC will have a limited supply of masks at registration while supplies last. APIC asks attendees to respect all participants’ personal choices on masking. 

Experiencing Symptoms 

APIC adheres to all current CDC guidelines for respiratory viruses.  

All attendees should not attend the APIC 2025 Annual Conference & Exposition, in person, with a confirmed case of COVID-19.  

If you are exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms, have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19, or have received a positive COVID-19 test within 10 days of the start of the conference, please stay home and attend virtually. To transfer your registration to a virtual pass, please contact APIC Registration at annual@apic.org.

Additionally, you should not attend APIC25 on any day when experiencing symptom, even if mild, of COVID-19, including, fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, runny nose, nausea, or vomiting. All registrations who experience symptoms associated with COVID-19 while attending APIC25 must immediately discontinue their participation in the conference and are encouraged to seek medical care. Attendees with symptoms should isolate themselves and consider testing.
