When you register three team members, the fourth attends free from the same institution. An institution is defined as the same company, organization, or health system. Attendees from multiple facilities may register as a group if those facilities are within the same organization or system. APIC Chapter members who wish to register as a team must all be registered simultaneously and use only one form of payment.

Please note that while team registration types can be mixed (in-person, virtual, or both), the complimentary registration will be of equal or lesser value. Additionally, all team registrations (including APIC Chapter members) must use only one form of payment for ALL registration fees, and everyone must be registered simultaneously. Splitting payments or fees among different payment methods is not allowed for team registrations that are eligible for discounts.
