When you register three team members, the fourth attends free from the same institution. An institution is defined as the same company, organization, or health system. Attendees from multiple facilities may register as a group if those facilities are within the same organization or system.

Please note that while team registration types can be mixed (in person, virtual, or both), the complimentary registration will be that of equal or lesser value. Additionally, all team registrations must use only one form of payment for ALL registration fees, and everyone must be registered at the same time. Splitting payments or fees among different payment methods is not allowed for team registrations that are eligible for discounts.
